Yoga therapy allows a more personal class, discussing existing ailments, injuries or conditions to achieve what you need from yoga practise. This may be healing from depression or anxiety, back issues, general relaxation, trying to achieve flexibility, balance, strength or general well being. We work with breathing exercises (Pranayama), postures (Asanas) and relaxation to help find balance of mind, body spirit and improving our general wellbeing.
