Hatha Yoga is the classic form of Yoga. It is an integral style of yoga using breathing exercises (Pranayama), postures (Asanas) & relaxation to achieve balance of the body &mind. A Hatha Yoga class incorporates Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation to achieve a sense of wellbeing on all levels.
Hatha Yoga teaches us to listen to our bodies and to calm our busy minds. With regular practice we are able to achieve a sense of balance, calm and internal peace along with gaining strength, flexibility and balance. Hatha yoga classes are adapted for beginners up to intermediate and advanced levels.
