All classes are available in groups or on a one to one basis
and are available in English or Spanish.

Yoga therapy  is normally a one to one class designed especially for you and adapted to your level of experience and what you would like to achieve from regular yoga practise.  Teen Yoga and meditative Yin Yoga available for groups or one to one.

About Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the classic form of Yoga. It is an integral style of yoga using breathing exercises (Pranayama), postures (Asanas) & relaxation to achieve balance of the body & mind

About Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy allows a more personal class, discussing existing ailments, injuries or conditions to achieve what you need from yoga practise.
