Yoga in Studio

Treat your body, mind and spirit - practice yoga, release stress, strengthen & stretch your body with our in studio yoga classes. Our Yoga classes in studio are held every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

From the comfort of your home, Yoga therapy is becoming recognised as a powerful tool that is used to help treat many issues from anxiety to physical health issues but can also be used as a self care strategy for prevention and maintenance. Please contact to book.

Yoga Group Zoom Classes

€6 per class - 1 hour 15mins duration
Our Yoga group classes are held every Wednesday at 10.30 am (UK) and 11.30am (Spain). Book a class below and after payment, I will send an invitation link to your email with a password to join the class.

You will need to download Zoom via your smartphone or laptop to take part in the LIVE class. Here is the link https://zoom.us/download for your convenience.

People who sign up will receive the link and password 30 minutes prior to the class. Make sure you check your SPAM email. *The Zoom login details are unique for every class.

1 to 1 Yoga Zoom Classes

€28 per class - 1 hour 15mins duration
Our Yoga 1 to 1 classes are arranged at your convenience. Book a class below and after payment, We will arrange a time suitable for you and I will send an invitation link to your email with a password to join the class 30 mins prior to our scheduled time.

Yoga on Youtube

SAMUDRA YOGA

Classes are available for all levels, from meditative Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga Therapy and Hatha Yoga for all levels i.e beginners and intermediate to advanced.  All classes can be found on my Samudra Yoga youtube channel to practise from the comfort of your home.  Click on the link  to subscribe to my Samudra Yoga YouTube channel and to view all uploaded classes.

It’s true what they say – yoga really is good for body and mind. And in my case, it comes with an added benefit.

I’ve had Multiple Sclerosis for a number of years and have always suffered with balance and coordination problems. However, since starting yoga with Jo, both have improved considerably, as has my core strength – even my MS consultant has noticed a difference!

Jo always takes great care to ensure that anyone with a medical condition or injury is looked after in class, tweaking postures and moves to suit. So really, everyone can join in and feel the benefit.

And what’s more, we both really enjoy it and look forward to classes!

I have been to yoga classes with Jo and I’ve also  been doing the zoom classes online during to the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown. The classes are very well organised and Jo is a brilliant yoga teacher. Her knowledge is very extensive and she explains each move  with ease, therefore the zoom classes are simple to follow. I’ve really looked forward to continuing my yoga practice as it has really helped with my fibromyalgia and has been calming for the mind as things have been difficult for many people in recent times. I highly recommend joining the classes and thank Jo for her time adjusting the classes so yoga has  been able to continue.
