I have been teaching yoga for over 3 years and studying for many more. I am qualified with the Yoga Alliance 200hrs in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy 100hrs. I have completed a Yoga Alliance course for Teen Yoga (yoga for teenagers) as well as Yin Yoga.
Since I was young I have always been told i could not change the world! However I have always listened closely to my instinct and my calling which is to try and make a positive change in this world in any way I can. I have followed my chosen path since I was in my late teens studying and working with Holistic therapies (working to achieve balance of mind, body, spirit as a whole) and energetic medicine with a sincere desire for people to achieve wellbeing on all levels and peace in their hearts.
The suffering in this world is something that distresses me deeply and I try to work to ease it in any way I can .
Yoga is a truly wonderful practise that has helped me find strength and balance over the years during some of the most challenging times of my life.
It has helped me find a quiet place in myself and inner peace in what has become a hectic and noisy world and return to simple nature. During a time when I immersed myself in yoga practise I slowly found that regular practise helped me gain emotional and physical strength and balance. It helped me heal from the inside out and over time I felt a deep desire to learn the tools of Yoga so that I could help share this wonderful practise with others.
Through my journey of practising and teaching Yoga I have made some wonderful friends: teachers, therapists and students and I find that it is a world filled with deeply caring people who work consistently to reach out and help others on their path. As teachers we are constantly learning ourselves from our own students and by committing ourselves to further studies of our subject.
Teaching Yoga is a passion that is deeply rewarding and I feel very blessed to be able to do what I absolutely adore and to meet the wonderful people I have on this path.

All classes are available in groups or on a one to one basis.
Yoga therapy is normally a one to one class designed especially for you and adapted to your level of experience and what you would like to achieve from regular yoga practise. Teen Yoga and meditative Yin Yoga available for groups or one to one.
